By using the Keramikspace website and booking our courses, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Keramikspace offers:
- Ceramics courses for beginners and advanced students
- Wheel-throwing workshops
- Trial sessions
- Ceramic jewelry courses
All courses are held in Berlin, Germany. Course content, duration, and pricing are subject to change.
2. Bookings & Payments
- Course bookings are confirmed upon full payment
- Payment must be made in advance via the methods specified
- Prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by participants:
- More than 7 days before: Full refund minus 10€ processing fee
- 3-7 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before: No refund
- You may transfer your booking to another person (notify us 48h in advance)
Keramikspace reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
4. Studio Rules & Conduct
- Participants must follow studio safety guidelines
- Be respectful to instructors and other participants
- Keramikspace is not liable for personal injuries or property damage
- We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund
5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, techniques, and website content are property of Keramikspace
- Participants retain ownership of their created ceramic pieces
- Photos of your work may be used for promotional purposes (opt-out available)
- Unauthorized reproduction of our content is prohibited
6. Limitation of Liability
Keramikspace is not liable for:
- Personal injury or accidents during courses (unless due to gross negligence)
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Ceramic pieces damaged during firing or glazing (inherent risks of the process)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
7. Website Use
- You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully
- Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or exploit our systems
- We may modify or discontinue website features without notice
- Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience (we are not responsible for their content)
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Berlin, Germany.
